Lannebo Funds’ shareholding in Beijer Alma now exceeds that of Swedbank Robur Funds.
Accordingly, the Nomination Committee proposes that, in addition to Anders Wall and Johan Wall, the Annual General Meeting appoint Caroline af Ugglas (Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget Skandia), Ulf Hedlundh (Svolder AB) and Mats Gustafsson (Lannebo Funds) to the Nomination Committee.
